Press & streamers

MOONFLICK is a cosmic physics playground: billiards, except the balls are planets and gravity matters. Reach into a live N-body system with your own hands, flick a world, and watch the consequences ripple through everything else. Everything a writer, curator, or streamer needs is on this page — no backchannel required.

TitleMOONFLICK
DeveloperAmbar Works LLC
Genre Cosmic physics playground: a physics-puzzle campaign, a survival mode, an evolution roguelite, and an idle orrery, all on one live, deterministic N-body gravity simulation.
Modes
  • Cosmic Billiards — the campaign: 60 authored levels in 13 chapters, from a first merge to interstellar transfers and chain-reaction cascades. No shot limit; fewest impulses wins.
  • Cosmic Survival — start as a speck, spend mass to move, eat what's smaller, and avoid what isn't.
  • Cosmic Evolution — a seeded roguelite lifecycle from a microbe in a pool to a singularity of your own making. In development.
  • Idle Universe — a living orrery whose autonomous civilization climbs from steam to a Dyson swarm while you watch, follow, or intervene. (The main-menu row reads IDLE.)
Short description Play billiards with planets. Flick moons, bend shots around gravity wells, and turn tidy solar systems into chain reactions you may take credit for. An authored puzzle campaign, a survival mode where you start as a speck and eat the table, and an idle orrery for your second monitor.
Long description The solar system is your table. The planets are your balls. Gravity plays for both sides. MOONFLICK is a physics playground built on a real N-body simulation: reach in with your own hands, flick any celestial body, and watch the consequences ripple through an entire system — mergers, splits, slingshots, and the occasional spectacular catastrophe you will absolutely claim was the plan. The Cosmic Billiards campaign asks you to reshape each system with nothing but well-placed impulses; Cosmic Survival has you eat your way up from a mote of matter; Cosmic Evolution grows a microbe into a singularity across a seeded run; and Idle Universe is a living orrery that gets along fine without you, though it's more fun when you interfere.

Why it's different A live, deterministic N-body simulation you play by feel, with your own hands on screen: every body pulls on every other, every collision resolves into a merge, a deflection, or a split, and the same inputs always produce the same universe. A broadcast-style cinematic director (one key) frames the action for you. And nearly everything is generated in code — procedural worlds, debris, effects, and a synthesized adaptive soundtrack — so a clean trick shot is a clean trick shot, every time, and there is no licensed music to trip a content claim.

Streaming & video policy

Yes — please cover MOONFLICK. You have our permission to stream, record, and monetize videos and VODs of the game.

If a video of yours is ever hit with a copyright claim that points back at MOONFLICK, that's a mistake — email [email protected] and we'll get it cleared. MOONFLICK is in pre-release development; if any asset's licensing changes before release, we'll note it here.
